Return Process

To return an item, email us at sales@motowearstore.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item. Only new, unused items in original packaging are accepted. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and a $25 restocking fee applies. Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Custom or Personalized Items: These can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect or they were made with incorrect measurements.

Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, the fastest way is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund. Please contact us at sales@motowearstore.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Once we receive your return, we’ll process the refund promptly.

Cancellation Process

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, if the order has not yet shipped, you can still cancel but a $25 restocking fee will apply. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Custom or Personalized Items: These cannot be canceled once production has started.

Combine Shipping

When placing a new order for an exchange, you can add other items to your order and pay shipping only once for the combined order.
